   Why do not permit to blind or low vision people to have a pleasure to "watch" to the sky"?

   Around this idea, Andrea Miccoli has developed the metod and the technical instruments to teach 
 elementary astronomy to the people that are "looking" around just with the touch of their fingers.

    After a first course of this kind, Andrea Miccoli is now speaking about this to Venice during an 
 Astronomy's Seminary for blind and partially sighted people.

    The seminary is organized by UICI of Venice, and it will take place on saturday, may 21, 2011
